Every roll we ship is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If the vinyl doesn't cut clean, weed easy, press right, or hold up in the wash, we'll make it right — replacement or credit, your choice.

The quality standard

KimsDirect heat transfer vinyl is commercial-grade polyurethane, built to the same standard as POLI-TAPE and Stahls'. That means:

• Thin, soft hand feel — 90 micron PU that flexes with the fabric instead of sitting on it like a sticker
• Clean cutting and easy weeding — consistent carrier tack so fine detail and small letter counters stay put
• 50+ wash durability when applied at the recommended time, temperature, and pressure
• Batch-to-batch consistency — the color and press settings you dialed in last order are the same this order

If you've been running ThermoFlex, Siser EasyWeed, POLI-TAPE, or Stahls' and you're looking for a replacement supplier, our vinyl drops into the same workflow at the same press settings.

What the guarantee covers

Manufacturing and material defects: inconsistent adhesive, carrier failure, cutting problems, color variation within a roll, or premature failure in the wash when the vinyl was applied correctly.

It does not cover damage from pressing outside the recommended settings, incompatible fabrics, or normal wear on garments washed in hot water or high-heat dryers. If you're not sure what went wrong, call us — we'll help you troubleshoot before anyone assumes it's the vinyl.

How to make a claim

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Call (949) 329-8373 or email support@kimsdirect.com. Most claims are resolved the same day.
