Two Effects in One: Metallic Shine + 3D Puff

3D Metallic Puff HTV combines a chrome metallic finish with the dimensional raise of puff vinyl. When heat pressed, the vinyl inflates to create raised designs with a brilliant metallic sheen — delivering a premium look that standard puff or standard metallic alone can't match.

Best Applications

This is a statement vinyl. Use it for streetwear brand logos, sports team text, bold one-word designs, and premium custom merch where you want maximum visual impact. Keep designs bold — minimum 3mm line width for consistent puff effect.

Application Tips

Temperature: 310–320°F | Time: 12–15 seconds | Pressure: Medium

Watch your temperature carefully — too hot can dull the metallic finish while over-inflating the puff. Use a Teflon sheet on top, or press from the back of the garment.

Application instructions

Cut: Mirror your design and use a 45° or 60° cutting blade.
Weed: Remove excess vinyl, keeping only your design.
Press: Apply with a heat press at 300-325°F for 8-10 seconds using medium pressure.
Peel: Hot peel clear PET carrier after pressing.
