Color-Shifting Metallic HTV

Brilliant Chameleon HTV features a metallic finish that shifts between two or more colors depending on the viewing angle and lighting. The color-change effect creates a dynamic, premium look that makes every design feel high-end and unique.

Design Tips

Chameleon effects are most visible on larger design areas — brand logos, names, and shapes where the eye can track the color shift across the surface. Small text won't showcase the chameleon effect as dramatically. For maximum impact, use chameleon as a feature element alongside matte HTV.

Application Settings

Temperature: 300–315°F | Time: 10–12 seconds | Pressure: Medium | Peel: Warm

Use a lower press temperature than standard HTV to preserve the metallic color-shifting finish.

Application instructions
  1. Cut: Mirror your design and cut using a craft cutter or plotter.
  2. Weed: Remove excess vinyl, leaving only your design.
  3. Press: Apply with a heat press at 275°F for 10 - 12 seconds using medium pressure.
  4. Peel: Wait for the vinyl to cool slightly, then peel warm or cold for best results.

Glow is intense

I really love this vinyl, has a cool blue/transparent/metallic look in the light and it glows in the dark! Can really get creative with my designs thats kids would love!
