Material: Premium Polyurethane (PU) with Glow Powder

Vinyl Thickness: 500 microns (after heat activation)

Glow Duration: Up to 6 hours after light exposure

PET Carrier Thickness: 100 microns

Finish: Raised 3D puff with glow-in-the-dark properties

Cutting Blade: 45° or 60°

Compatible Fabrics: Cotton, Polyester, Cotton-Poly blends

❌ Not compatible with: Nylon, Rayon, Silk, or coated fabrics

Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside out; tumble dry low or hang dry

Application Instructions

  1. Cut: Mirror your design and use a 45° or 60° cutting blade
  2. Weed: Remove excess vinyl, keeping only your design
  3. Press Temperature: 300°F - 325°F (149°C - 163°C), firm pressure for 10-20 seconds
  4. Peel: Hot peel clear PET carrier after pressing
  5. Wait: Do NOT touch the vinyl until fully cooled to allow maximum puff effect

**Always do a small test before starting each project as every heat press machine is a little different.
