Application Instructions

  1. Prepare the Surface – Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or grease to ensure optimal adhesion.
  2. Print the Design – Print your design onto the Printable Matte White Sticker Adhesive Vinyl using eco-solvent, latex, or UV inks. Allow the ink to dry fully to prevent smudging.
  3. Cut the Design – After printing, use a vinyl cutter or plotter to cut out the design according to your specifications. Ensure the cuts are clean for a smooth application.
  4. Apply Transfer Tape – If needed, apply transfer tape over the cut design to easily transfer it to the surface. Make sure the transfer tape is applied smoothly without any air bubbles.
  5. Peel the Backing – Slowly peel off the backing liner, leaving the vinyl attached to the transfer tape (if used).
  6. Position the Design – Align the design carefully on the surface, ensuring proper placement before pressing.
  7. Apply the Design – Use a squeegee or application tool to firmly press the design onto the surface, starting from the center and working outward to avoid air bubbles.
  8. Remove Transfer Tape – If using transfer tape, gently peel it off, leaving the vinyl design securely applied to the surface.
