Premium Velvet Flock HTV

Lux Flock HTV delivers a raised, velvety texture that feels like soft suede. The fine flock fibers create a tactile finish that elevates any design beyond what flat vinyl can achieve — making it a favorite for fashion-forward apparel, team uniforms, and premium branding.

When to Use Flock

Design Considerations

Flock is thicker than standard HTV, so very fine lines (under 5mm) may not weed cleanly. Stick to bold text, block letters, and simple shapes for the best results. The velvet texture looks especially sharp on dark garments.

Application Settings

Temperature: 310–325°F | Time: 15–20 seconds | Pressure: Medium-firm | Peel: Warm | Care: Wash inside out, no tumble dry on high

Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside out; tumble dry low or hang dry

Application Instructions

Cut: Mirror your design and use a 45° or 60° cutting blade.
Weed: Remove excess vinyl, keeping only your design.
Press: Apply with a heat press at 275°F for 15 - 20 seconds using medium pressure.
Peel: Warm peel clear PET carrier after pressing.
