Full-Color Custom Designs on Heat Transfer Vinyl
Printable PU HTV lets you print any design — photos, gradients, complex multi-color artwork — directly onto heat transfer vinyl using eco-solvent, latex, or UV inkjet printers. After printing, cut your design with any vinyl cutter, weed the excess, and heat press onto garments.
Why Choose Printable PU?
The PU (polyurethane) base gives you the same soft hand feel and wash durability as premium cut vinyl. Unlike plastisol transfers or sublimation, printable HTV works on all fabric colors including darks, and doesn't require special fabric types.
Workflow: Print → Cut → Weed → Press
- Print: Output your design (mirrored) on the printable side using eco-solvent, latex, or UV ink
- Cut: Use contour cut / print-and-cut with your plotter (Roland, Mimaki, Graphtec, etc.)
- Weed: Remove excess vinyl around your design
- Press: Apply to garment at 305–320°F for 10–15 seconds, medium pressure
